This is what it is all about! A simple little gold trophy.
I will be sitting around watching it until my head looks like this...
...while some of the Lompoc Galacticos will be over at one of these locations...
These guys will be over there, too, but only for the group stages...
...and you can't really expect anything else from the Frenchies...
The Dutch might find it tough with their new goalkeeper...
...and of course there are the Italians...they'll bring their fans...
...and lastly, the Americans. They're #1 according to this guy...
So, after 40 years of waiting, agony, and defeat....
...only one man will have his hands on the trophy!!!

England is basically counting on Wayne Rooney and David James. What happens if either gets injured or has a shitty cup? Don't get me wrong, I'm not rooting against England, I would like to see them get to the semis at least, but the expectations are so damn high, and it's not a good sign when the whole nation is head-hunting the manager 6 months before the tourney...
PS - David Beckham's hero is Jeff Agoos.
